Why not wake up with a view of the mountains for miles? Grövelfjäll offers both summer and winter camping. Close to hiking trails, snowmobile trails and almost ski in/ski out location for both cross-country skiing and alpine skiing. The area's 100 km of cross-country ski trails take you through beautiful mountain forests and miles of bare mountains. The alpine slopes have three lifts and eight slopes. Camping is offered all year round, either for a single day or for the whole season.
At Grövelfjäll you will find a brand new ski rental and sports shop. Come and try out our new equipment! We serve you with alpine, cross-country, touring, telemark and snowboard equipment. Here you live 816 meters above sea level on the slope of Långfjället on the border with Norway in one of the world's most sustainable mountain and mountain resorts. Right outside your door you have access to miles of marked trails and paths and our mountain guides are ready if you want help with a guided activity.
STF Grövelsjöns Fjällstation offers various accommodation options from self-catering to full board and in different room types. A mountain station is not just accommodation, it is a hub for activities in a mountain environment. At STF Grövelsjön Fjällstation there is a shop, rentals, mountain guides, guided hiking tours and much more. With us you don't have to go far to have fun. Near the station there is Trollstigen, Linné's source, campsites for grilling or making your own coffee and a troll workshop where you can make your own trolls and place them on Trollstigen.

Hemgården in Storsätern is a scenic farm located right by Övre fallet. Hemgården has welcomed visitors and tourists since the 1920s, as one of the first farms in the area.
Here awaits a familiar and genuine farm with the peace and adventure of the mountains just around the corner. With us you can fall asleep and wake up to the rippling sound of Övre fallet.
Gunnars Camping is a small, quiet and family campsite with a total of 15 pitches, located at Övre fallet. It offers 24-hour and seasonal pitches all year round with electricity, and with a newly installed service house directly adjacent. Emptying of fixed tanks in the summer.
