In the border areas between Sweden and Norway, there is a large exciting natural area.
More than 2,000 square kilometers of protected nature – bigger than Sarek! Here you can find rare animals and plants, ancient trees and strange blocky terrain. Mountain expanses, ancient forests and crystal clear waters provide experiences for all the senses.
It is called Gränslandet and the Grövelsjö area is part of this fantastic mountain area!
In winter, there are 100 km of groomed ski trails, several ski runs and endless expanses to explore.
